  1. Welcome to the MEBBSNet Professional BBS DEMO.

  3. MEBBS E&S is a software development and mechanical design consulting
  4. company based in Southern California, USA with Authorized Customer
  5. Service Representatives located throughout the world.
  6.  
  7. MEBBSNet is an integrated Bulletin Board Service and mail distribution
  8. system designed specifically for use by the Amiga family of computers.
  9.  
  10. The DEMO is provided to potential customers who would like an
  11. opportunity to try the software before they buy it. The DEMO archive
  12. may be freely distributed but shall not be modified or distributed
  13. on a component basis.

  15. Click on Make-MEBBSNet-Disks icon to create the 3 required disks to
  16. install the MEBBSNet Professional BBS Demo.  Once these disks have 
  17. been created use the Install utility found on disk 1 to install 
  18. MEBBSNet on your hard drive. When selecting the location with the
  19. Install utility, be sure to select a root device. The Install utility
  20. will create a MEBBSNet directory for you.

  22. The Install utility will notify you when it encounters a missing
  23. file. You should only see this happen once. Respond 'OK' to the
  24. requestor when asked whether you want to continue.

  26. Read the TutorialExtract.TXT file on disk 1. This file is an extract
  27. from the MEBBSNet User's Guide and Technical Reference. It is not
  28. entirely appropriate to the DEMO version of the software since
  29. you cannot launch an active line.

  31. This software is for demonstration purposes only. As such, it is
  32. considerably different from the licensed version. MEBBS E&S makes
  33. no warranty either express or implied and assumes no responsibility
  34. for damages or data loss resulting from the use of this software.
